Patients can typically be seen within 1–2 weeks of booking.

You’ll receive a welcome packet via email that includes a health history and medication form. Filling this out ahead of time helps ensure a smooth, efficient first visit.

Yes, we accept all PPO plans and some HMOs. Please contact us to confirm if your specific plan is accepted.

You can still be seen as a self-pay patient. We’ll walk you through the options and pricing.

Yes. Telehealth is mainly available for follow-up visits and established patients. Some sick visits may also qualify, depending on provider discretion.

Yes—virtual care is available for patients who live in states where our provider holds an active license.
